Absolutly feckin criminal,That two points would have won us the game,We had ample times to set up the drop goal near the end but went for the try,Bag the point get infront then go for the try,Its so basic,Thats why Keighley won,There nothing special as the league suggests but the play sensible rugby and are very workmanlike they took the points on offer.we had penalties four times in the second half in the Keighley 20 and gave away possesion on the 1st tackle evrytime,Misi gets a double movement,why even try to put the ball down when it will not be given,Just get up and play the ball,The amount of lost possesion was ridiculous,Wonder what the completion was for the 2nd half?Ritchie Barnett was shocking end of,thought Peter Green did alright,Keighley didnt win the game tonight the Eagles lost it through total dumb football,Frankly nowhere near good enough!!!

We did win it my friend 25-24,not our fault.You can only beat whats put in front of you,we were smart,you werent,good luck.

We were no where near good enough and say what we want we can't deny we crap on the night. We done Keighley, they wanted it and we didn't.

You did rather gift it to us with some silly mistakes - repeated offloads to the invisible man, lost possessions, not going for the easy points...
But credit to our lads, they really fought for it. Our fitness has improved tremendously since last season, and there's a really good spirit in the team. We seem to be gaining a bit of self-belief now, maybe we aren't the pushovers everyone thinks. Without that nine point deduction we wouldn't even be bottom!

You'd be 4 points clear of the relegation zone!! Good luck Keighley, will be tough, but not impossible.

Well done Keighley. We made stupid errors all night and credit to them they took advantage of them. Stupid errors and poor conversions cost us big time. Was 5 tries to three to us and if we had a better goal kicker then I doubt it would of been a one pointer game.

But anyway great advert for the game, 1271 in the ground on a thursday night on SKY is great IMO and the atmosphere was pretty good especially when we came back second half. Watched Saints for 10 years but the eagles are certainly dividing my loyalties now!

We were shocking. Every1 that never makes a mistake, did! Menzie's off loads were positively scarey. Ritchie certainly looks the part but is the crappest signing we've had, he fails to do anything, get rid. We had chance after chance to put the game to bed but no. All credit to Keighly, they always had that belief and it paid off. I bet Tubby was livid, I know I was. That said I'm still gonna Batley =-O .

WELL DUMB RUGBY WAS CORRECT WE HAD NO IDEA ON THE PITCH LAST NIGHT , I THOUGHT ASTON SAID WE WERE GOING TO PLAY EXPANSIVE RUGBY AND USE THE WIDTH OF THE FIELD , WELL IT DIDN'T HAPPEN DID IT . OUR HALF BACKS WERE OUT PLAYED AND AS FOR PASSING THE BALL ACROSS THE LINE TEN METRE,S FROM OUR LINE WAS SUICIDLE . WHY HAVEN'T WE GOT A DECENT KICKER WE'VE TRIED ENOUGH PLAYER'S , BUT WHAT WE NEED IS A BETTER HALF BACK SEEING AS THOUGH ASTON SAY'S THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS SCRUM HALF OR STAND OFF . I PERSONELY THINK IT IS TIME FOR ASTON TO STEP DOWN AS COACH AND CONCENTRATE ON THE COMMERCIAL SIDE OF THE CLUB WHICH HE IS VERY GOOD AT ,IF IT WASN'T FOR HIM WE WOULDN'T BE AT THE LANE . I WON'T BE GOING TO THE BARROW GAME AS I'M WORKING BUT ON THE STRENGTH OF LAST NIGHTS PERFORMANCE I DON'T THINK WE WILL HAVE MUCH OF A CHANCE SEEING AS THOUGH IT'S ANOTHER SKY GAME AND WE ALWAYS PLAY CRAP IN FRONT OF THE CAMERAS .BUT WELL DONE TO KEIGHLEY THEY DID THE BASICS AND DID THEM WELL ,THEY DESERVED THE WIN GOOD LOOK FOR THE REST OFF THE SEASON TO THEM.

It was a very exciting game. Keighley did not come to loose. Never under estimate a team fighting for survival.

Yes the performance was atrocious last night but i bet Tubbs took the paint off the walls in the dressing room. It shows what happens if you dont show a team the respect they derseve. We now have 9 days off to focus on our NRC QF at Batley.

One little positive from last night, how good was Brendons try? Fantastically well worked. Credit there.
