With the article in paper that BH is still looking for a front rower, also, beu g that we are short that department, I was wonder who could be available?

Dont know who is coming out of contract. Who could be available straight away.

Anyone have any ideas, or insider know who we are looking at (who is BH is 'watching tapes) of.

George Lawler seems to be on the move, Hull lad and rumoured FC fan that would be shrewd on the salary cap.

Lawler is rumoured to be being chased by Radford for Cas. Not sure we have any cash to throw Rovers to sign him early.

I think George is a fine player, never stops working, I know he’s done a few games up front recently, and it looks like he could probably play anywhere in the pack..

If he could beef up, and become a mobile prop, then I agree, could be good business.

But he is still is a second row, would a back row of Lane, Cator, Lawler be a little small, that’s my only concern.

I like Lawler, but do we need him? He seems more suited to the back row, and we've got Savelio, Cator and Lane....

Wigan were trying to move Mitch Clark on but don't know how he counts on the quota, and isn't any better than what we have.

I think we'll keep our powder dry for a little while yet

I see Jack Brown's agent is making noises about him renewing his contract with Hull.

I never like it when they go public early in May, it makes me wonder whether he's fishing around for more money.

Brown is a big priority, should be a 4 year deal.

Lawler would be an excellent signing, wont be now though, in fact I expect him to stay at Rovers and his agent is using Cas to get a better deal. I hope we put an offer in, can play anywhere in the pack, would be a good edition to our pack.

I think George is signed till season ends 2021.

Karl Harrisons son looked pretty good last year at Feathertone and I think he played against us in the cup. Surprised he hasnt been picked up by a sl club. He can play prop or second row. Could be useful at moment.

We need a front row to come in this season on loan for a couple of months
Cant see a Championship side wanting to loan out a front row if he is decent so it would have to be from an out of favour or young player at a S/L club
This situation was bound to happen as many of us said we overloaded on backs at the expense of a front row
