Hi RC, please don’t read into this as a pop at you, but I don’t think we should be putting names to this rumour until we know if any of this is true

I'm 100% behind the players and their union on this.

If the sport cannot afford to honour contracts, then the sport is morally void and does not deserve saving.

Take your point BLM, but I only referred to Broughie because as far as I know he isn't a Trinity player anymore, as I understand.

We are currently one of six clubs who have not settled so no real problem. If we become the only club then yes it does because the question would be why. I know we are not the wealthiest of clubs but in this respect we are not unique and therefore it becomes a question of management. I expect we will claim the £1000 per furloughed staff brought back if they come back of course.
We will just have to see what develops but time is fast running out with training due to start soon. What I fear is another restart with players leaving to cut the budget to be replaced by cheaper options which was ok when we had the play off system but not now. We could then go the majority of the season without a win but not now especially when the club wants us to sacrifice the cost of our season tickets.

So they dont take a pay cut and theres a potential for the club to go under
