Will be interesting too see what level they are pitched up and even more so what the take up will be.

Bradford has been cited as an example but at the end of the day when they needed cash they had 11,000 odd fans (whose deatails they had at hand) they could go to to try and raise funds and perhaps if they had more traditional season ticket prices and levels of sales they would have been looking at half that and might not have raised enough to still be going today.

The club need to generate more income for sure but if they will ever be in a position to do so be it through £50, £150 or £250 season ticket prices has to be a mute point and with things like Monday night games coming into the equation people might think twice about getting a season ticket and enticing them to most games without having their place pre-paid will be no easy feat.

Can't blame Ken at all for having to put prices up. He has kept them at an artificially low rate for a while. Time for the fans to do their bit if they are in a position to do so (still have a job etc).

With the news that the Bulls may go extinct would it be good business to keep the prices low and maybe entice some of their supporters to us. I am not begging for their fans and the only reason I mention it is a friend of mine contacted me today and said if the Bulls do go under he and his family have decided that the Giants will be the place they will get their rugby fix. He has been watching Bradford for over 40 years and will always have them at heart, but like alot of us he needs rugby league on a weekend.
There could be a decent number that jump over.

Put it this way £200 is not an extortionate amount for a season ticket. Twice at least what the majority paid. If our crowds don't go down by half then the club will be financially better off!
I know times are hard but I'd happily pay it- and if the club offer interest free instalment payments it would be affordable to a lot.

I agree and I am willing to pay it! I think another year at £50 will entice new supporters (Bulls) and then put it up the year after when they have fallen in love with us.
