Quick question.

The last 2 times I've been to Wembley I've drove and parked at Watford then got the train to Wembley.

Just wondered what others were doing and if there is anywhere closer and just as easier to park???

Driving to Wembley Try M6 on to the M1 get of junction 4 on to A41 spur at island take third exit A410, next island straight on Stanmore tube station on your left ten minutes on tube to Wembley park station premier inn to the left few beers 5 minutes to ground.

Ps Stanmore tube station has a large car park if you get there early if not you may have to pay.

I use this www.parkatmyhouse.com Typically £15 - £20 for the car. 5-10 mins walk from the stadium. This time on a private driveway. Last time in a private yard for 20 cars. Very good.

Driving to Wembley you could also try M6, M42, M40 changes to A40 second exit Hillingdon after you’re of slip road next left, left again to arrive at Hillingdon tube station 20 minutes to same station at Wembley.

I've driven the last two times, and will be doing so again. M6, M6 Toll, M40, A40. Simples.

Last year I left at seven, and with a comfort break parked up at 10.15, 5mins walk from the stadium.

Easy getting away, from right near the ground. Kids tucked up in bed asleep by nine, and me sat having a few beers watching the game back.

I always park at St Joseph's Social Club in Wembley HA9 0RJ. £15 and it's north of the stadium, so much easier to get away from.

This is sounding good. Really want to avoid anywhere that's a nightmare to get away from.

Depends on the number of people in the car but for the Huddersfield final we drove down to Seers Green station (just off Junction 2 of the M40), parked for a few quid at the station and got a direct train to Wembley Stadium Station. Just a short train ride and no traffic issues at all after the game. Worked great for us, but for a family or large group the train fares may make some other alternatives cheaper/easier.

Gerrards Cross is another option in that part of the world, possibly more trains and a quicker journey than Seer Green.

we usually park at high wycombe train station and get the train from there, its only about another 10 minutes on the train very easy to get to and from the station

Parking at the ground - £25 and its straight in straight out, thought about parking away and tubing/training it in but as theirs 4 of us £25 is a steal, and cheaper than combined train fares, plus I'n on the A40/M40 in about 20 mins from the Stadium. Air con on, cruise control on and smiling sweetly ...(I hope.....)

i've always used www.stadiumcarparks.com they used a yard of an industrial unit or a local school within a 5/10minute walk to the stadium, car park is monitored, never had any problems.

We've also used www.parkatmyhouse.com/uk/ I've used it the last 3 times I've been down to Wembley, Got a space for £12 this year, 5 minutes from the stadium. Can't go wrong really. The lady in 2010 made us a coffee in the morning, and let us use her loo on the way back!! Superstar!
