Why is it so difficult to get information for next season??? I have rang the club 3 times now and each time I am left on hold for at least 5 minutes and no-one answers. If we have no information fair enough, but its pretty poor service. Was thinking of getting a season ticket for next season as a family Xmas present but I might just pay the £40 family ticket each time we go. I wonder how many others have the tried and give up???? The www.reds.co.uk site is one of the most outdated I have seen! Still advertising 2012 tickets and the fixtures are for 2011????? Jokers

I'm sure it's all down to the club being run on a shoe string / the small amount of staff we have being overworked / just waiting for the investment to be sorted before we announce anything...

Doesn't take much investment to give someone an answer on the phone though does it?

Shows you how crap are club is run by just ignoring the people they need to keep coming through the gates I tried emailing and totally ignorant that they can't speak to supporters. We are the only club in super league that treats fans like they don't matter and this will leave just the die Garda buying tickets everyone will walk if keep up this ignorance

funny you know i emailed steve at salford the email i get each month saying my season ticket money has gone out i emailed them asking if they would need any info for when i change my card, i got a phone call 2 days after the email they where quick on the ball for this

I had a thought on the Direct Debit the other day - I wonder how many people have remembered that the DD is just for the Membership price and not the cost of a season ticket as well? I can see there being a few people not realising they have to pay the extra price and end up ticketless for the start of the season.

if the club do not remind people then the club will lose out more than the fans even if they do get money of every season ticket holder of 2012 all year round

I'm actually a little (OK a wee bit more) lost as my DD has gone out again.

I thought that we paid a membership fee last year and that this wouldn't be chargeable next season?

Can anyone in plain English explain why the DD is still going out after the season is finished?

And I also think the club is maybe missing a trick by not asking people if they would like to pay anything additionally on top of the DD fee to help the club out each month, say every season ticket holder opted into giving an extra £10 per month that would certainly be a big help to the club.

You pay every month of the year, like a gym membership. The idea is once the amount is absorbed in your regular monthly outgoings, you forget about it and it's covered.
