Holland RL have asked Toronto if they want to play at either the 11,000-capacity Sparta Stadion in Rotterdam or the NCRA Stadium in Amsterdam, which holds 6,000 fans. So nothing definite as of now.

Great that there is some interest in these areas but is there some kind of strategy behind this? If it’s just going to be a Denver style hit and run then what’s the point?
If there’s a strategy to continue taking games to Valencia and to build the sport in that area then great. If not then it’ll be forgotten in short order and have been a massive waste of time and money.
The same is true of Catalans trip to Barcelona. What’s the point of that game v Wigan if it’s not backed up with anything else. Wigan’s game played in London is another.
We have very limited resources in RL. I’d much rather see them focussed than this scattergun approach.
