I think we have to brace ourselves that it might be a Rovers clean sweep this year, not only are they playing well they have backup options too.
The only saving grace is we got our new owner and coach, or the situation would be beyond words.
It's not so hard to take for me as I can remember when Rovers were the best team in the league. Back to back champions in the mid 80s.
I hope they don't win the LLS and especally not the Grand Final but if they do then so be it. We just have to hope we can match them within the next couple of years and then go past them.
They have at least proved that a club can go from the bottom of the league to the top by proper investment and by signing the right players and keeping them fit.
