He must be an absolute grub and this is when he was representing Warrington.
How many times has our club been in trouble for disability related language? Price, McGuire x 2, now Musgrove?
FORMER Warrington Wolves prop Zane Musgrove has been banned for eight games after admitting using unacceptable language.
The RFL has issued the ban today, Wednesday, although the incident dates back to the Challenge Cup semi-final win over Leigh Leopards.
Musgrove left The Wire shortly after to move to championship side Oldham.
A statement today said the incident related to language around disability used by the former South Sydney Rabbitohs man.
"Zane Musgrove of Oldham has been suspended for eight matches after pleading guilty to the use of unacceptable language following the Betfred Challenge Cup Semi Final (when he was a Warrington Wolves player).
"The language related to disability. "In his written ruling Sean Smith, who chaired the independent Operational Rules Tribunal on Tuesday evening (June 24), credited the player for apologising immediately after the incident, and for subsequently expressing remorse, and undertaking education.
"A full written ruling will be published in the coming days."
His current club Oldham said: "The player pleaded guilty to the charge and was credited for an immediate apology, his subsequent remorse and for undertaking education with Oldham.
