Many people, with more ability than this old codger, have tried and failed to revitalise a building that, even when it was popular, was a dive, there are two cinema's within 1/2 a mile.

If you're commenting on Hull losing commercial premises, why moan at the possibility of regaining one?


edit: I'm not that strong on the geography of Hull, is that building the old one near the KC that's boarded up, or a different one? Judging from that pic I'm sure I've walked past it on match day.

There are 3 actually...Vue,Reel and Odeon......lets just forget it and let it go to pot like New york across the road...they spent all that money on the front of the station but if you come out the side entrance on to Anlaby road it looks a right dump.

I agree with you there.....i actually enjoyed tower for a night out when it was open but now would sooner get some beers in with my feet up on a sat night.
