Jon Wells made a fly away comment about how he may be a good replacement for Leuleui a few weeks ago and all of a sudden it resurfaces as click bait claiming Wigan are interested and only quoting Wells from several weeks back.

Wigan have their replacement for Leuleui in Harry Smith who is finally living up to the promise he showed as a kid.

The fact is on current form when TL is fit again despite being club captain he may well struggle to get s start because of Smith.

TL has also not confirmed he is retiring. He is still playing well and I expect him to go round again all be it as a back up half covering for injuries maybe combined with s coaching position.

He is under contract just like Tanginoa therefore no club can talk to either or their representatives without our permission. If either left at the end of the season we would be entitled to a transfer fee however we are suppose to no longer be a selling club.
