Not having a go but get in touch! My lad had the same problem, turned out it was an IT issue. The club apologised and all has been well since.
Trinity is a small company with less than 50 full time employees, it’s IT department I believe consists of one person so please give them some slack.
It’s also worth pointing out that the club effectively went bust under Ted then Glover. Having worked for numerous companies with similar track records things get fractured over the years.
It not perfect in fact it’s a bit annoying but it’s little things like this where we can help. The whole thing probably needs a professional to come in and sort it but that will cost. At the moment I honestly don’t think we would recoup that so better spent on players.
Look at it this way, the club has completed the immense task of winning an Academy licence and hopefully a stadium rebuild, quite an achievement imho. Of course there are negatives but we as fans need to push the positives, that’s where you will get season tickets. I know it’s a bit chicken and egg but we have a CEO who simply won’t gamble so it’s up to the people of Wakefield.
