Just watched the highlight from the Wakey camera, Kelly is going to cost Hull some games this season. He was never square at the PTB, he was cautioned for a shoulder charge, and almost every tackle he made was high.

He was also constantly offside.

Seeing highlights there was a shoulder charge followed by an arm straight into Ashurst face. 2 penalties there in space of 2 seconds and both got missed.

Albert Kelly aside, werent there similar posts last year regarding missed high shots by Hull FC, notably on Simon and Tupou, which like yesterday went towards winning the game for them.

Whats it going to take for the cheap high shots to be removed out of the game.

Agreed that it is a physical contact sport but it is physical enough without the cheap shots to the head

I think we are just unlucky vs hull ha. Last year I remember another of our players cleaned out and missed (was it Ellis) I can't remember 100%.

Albert Kelly did well for a Hull. Houghton and Ellis were the standouts though I thought.

No one else has really mentioned it but did anyone see the 2-3 catches that Kelly made? Unreal some of them, one was like a scud missile, one was behind his head and there was another one that was nearly on the floor. Really impressive in the conditions.
