Great to see a local lad with fire in his belly about aspirations of been in charge at Wakey in the forseeable future, even with his eventful past its nice to know that his best memories was knocking over the winning drop goal against the old enemy whinos.
I wonder if he has applied for the forthcoming coaching position down Belle Vue, if he has good luck to him because he has Wakey close to his heart.

I will always remember Nigels finest hour as the Yorkshire cup final victory as a young TEENAGER at stand off. He was pure class that day at Elland road.

Give him time and I have no doubt he will make the step up!
People rabbit about Chase at Cas, NW had more potential than any player out on that field yesterday. Because of injuries/bad career moves he never capitalised upon than that. A crutial part of our aims for the next 3 years should be to unearth the next NW.
IMHO we produce some of the best RL players on the world (on a psr with Wigan) the talent is there, we just need to pay the big bucks to get them in and develop them- stop other clubs profiting from our area! |

At least he shows the right sort of temprement for the club that he still loves, unlike your Nobles etc who wouldnt entertain the club for less than £200k a year.

He has the qualifications, experience in Oz (which counts for a lot apparently) Wire, barrow and U20's with us. Put him under an experienced coach in 2012 & I think he's more that capable of making the step up in a few years.
