Does anybody know anything about this? Heard a few times now that there is a train from Wigan to Hudds but I don't know any details.

Departs 2:40pm from Wigan Wallgate. Calls at Hindley and Atherton then onto Huddersfield direct.

Return is at 8:05pm with same calls back to Wigan Wallgate.

Return time is an "approx" btw. They'll hang on I assume until it's fairly full.

Do you need to buy a ticket in advance? Also, how much is it?

£20.60 seems a bit expensive... Could easy get there and back in the car and pay for parking for 4 of us on that!
