He would probably need to sign an agreement in regards to alcohol and behaviour, but a year up in SL would be a good chance to show the ARL and Mr Smith that he can be a fit and proper person to be registered in the NRL. The anonymity afforded to him in London might just be a good thing and we must have space on the cap

Even if he got through the visa screening (which would be very lengthy, and I would heavily doubt he would make it through) he is a liability. High risk, high maintainence, it would be an ulimate disaster. London does'nt need this in their lives right now.
Yes he has been behaving himself whilst he has been under the wing of his cousin and mentor, former NRL star and world champion boxer Anthony Mundine. But as soon as Mundine is taken away he will fall apart.
