My eldest son is a Sgt in the Royal Marines so let's hope this is a good omen. One thing is for sure, this guy will take no messing around or talking back. Keeping it clean and honest hard work will be what is needed this weekend from our team.

I have seen this referee a few times on tv,and I think he is a very good referee.seems to fully understand the game and uses common sense on how he makes his calls.I think he will suit us rather than Fev.

He's a good ref IMHO & as he is Ex H.M Forces he is alright by me.

Have we not had him reffing one of our games before, did he get 'fast tracked' into Super League, Sure I've not seen him before, apart from on Sky 'Super league' games.

Piss poor performance from him for most of yesterday. He seems to police a poor 10m and allowed to much in the ruck

Thought he was pretty good yesterday, he wasn't losing contact and allowing fev to hit their fronts, for large parts of the game yesterday fev were the quicker team, poor in large parts from Leigh bit fev were outstanding Kyle Briggs was top quality yesterday

How did we win that game? Hansen and Maitua both had great games I was really dissappointed with Armstrong who was poor, his attempted reverse passes were shocking! Lee Smith for me in future every time! Gregg McNally has got to up his game, I hope he has learned from that mistake when he allowed a Fev player to collect the ball in front him that led to them scoring? If he had collected the ball and walked into the Fev player we would have received a penalty! Lee Smith is waiting Gregg

I'd like to see Lewis Foster given a chance to provide some energy, we looked out on our feet at the end! Dont play Fui until he is 100% he's to valuable to lose long term!
