Is Wrench injured? 

Probably. He's always injured and cannot be relied on.

Bit harsh, he’s a young kid who’s had some bad luck injury wise. Apparently he’s worked his knackers off to get back stronger than before, plenty of others have been through similar and gone on to have a good career.

Yes wish him well but at 25 he is approaching mid career now and needs to string a run of appearances together. 

With a couple of games under his belt and King back in the mix it might be a case of Burgess having as the biggest squad headache for the following week. Fingers crossed

Indeed. Connor Wrench is one of the most exciting talents I have seen coming through for Wire in a long time. It's very sad that major injuries have ruined the past couple of years for him, and left his potential unfulfilled thus far, but he's still young enough to come back strong and have a decade or more ahead of him if he can get fit consistently. Yes, it's an "if", but plenty of fans were writing off Ben Currie after his injury woes in 2016-17, but here he is at the age of 30 playing some of the best rugby of his career.

I don't think it's harsh. At this moment in time he cannot be relied upon as he is injured again. I hope he proves me wrong and goes on to have a great career however the amount of injuries he has had is very concerning IMO.
