Well,  im fed up, we've never got going this season, whatever positives occurred last season, aren't here this year.

He stated in the pre season forum that last year's manner of loss had sat badly with the players and coaching staff, and everyone wanted to work and improve just a bit on last year. 


Its all gone, attack, defence, attitude,  this next man up as well. We're restricting our selves  with Powell/crowther at 9


Powells best games for us last year were when he was playing 13 off the bench.

Most people who post regularly on linkedin end up coming across as knobs. 

But if club staff and players think he's a figure of cringe it is a problem. In any organisation the worst thing for any leader is to be thought of as a bit of a joke. They do all the motivational stuff thinking they are Al Pacino in Any Given Sunday and everybody politely nods their heads and tries to keep a straight face. 


We've all seen these kind of people high up in an organisation. Drunk on their own hype and completely lacking self-awareness as to how they are perceived by their staff.


Maybe everybody at the club buys in and is behind him but honestly reading that linkedin stuff it fits with his general persona and I fear the worst. 


Can you imagine Andy Gatcliffe coming out with any of that stuff. He was a serious figure who brought gravitas and credibility to the role. 

We lose on Saturday and the season is over - can’t say I fancy us either
