That's not true. The stars, relative to the earth are all in fixed positions (find a 200 year old mariner and ask him if you don't believe me), and in the absense of an absolute frame of reference it is natural to assume that relative to each other they are also fixed, and cannot 'move' and therefore cannot possibly align. The only celestial objects that, relative to the Earth, can move are the [iasteres planetai[/i (Greek) or planets, the most popular translation of which is 'wandering stars'. With this lack of relative movement, I must take exception to your claim that the stars are aligning.

I see that you have made a schoolboy type mis-interpretation of my comments - I wasn't referring to the celestial bodies of hot gases that radiates energy derived from thermonuclear reactions in the interior that you have described, I meant stars as in the players in our team. They are now a tight knit group of players, willing to fight for each other every second of every game.
