For a fee in excess of 200k. Sale, Solomona and Clarke will also cover all Cas' legal fees.
It seems Solomona and Sale were stupid enough to sign a contract whilst he was still actually playing for Castleford. Makes a mockery of Sale's claims they did nothing wrong and believed Solomona to be a free agent!

I'd hope with this now over the RFL will do the right thing and ban Andy Clarke from being able to represent RL players.

In excess of 200k. Plus all legal expenses covered (approx 100k).
Even better is the fact we have replaced for free him with a better winger (Eden), can use some of the money to buy the league's best full-back (Hardaker) and have some cash left over. |

I might sound a bit greedy here but was expecting something in the region of 400K. I would also have liked the case to go the whole way and get a legal decision from court.
Other than waving a wad of cash - what is there now to stop anyone else thinking of "retiring" to RU ?

Bit disappointing. But why risk case distracting club towards business end. Probably cost sale less doing this way than paying the high transfer fee castleford wanted end of day. Not a big win.
