Has anyone been to renew/sign up for their season ticket at the hotel? If so what is involved?

I'll be making the dash there as we need to sort a few things out with our tickets. How long does it take, are there big queues and is there anything to see bar a desk for them to do the renewals on?

The forum last night was a disaster/cock up due to the power outage in St Helens town centre. The vast majority left without any tickets. Ive been to the club shop today and got mine rather than waiting until tonight. There was quite a queue and I waited about 30mins or so, but still managed to get my tickets.

If you can spare an hour out of work, Id do that because the forum tonight will be chocca.

If you are going to renew then don't panic as your ticket/seat/space is reserved for you until 1 October when all tickets go on general sale.

Apparently there are new plans at the hotel and a DVD of Saints past glories! But it's quite a small room and I think the idea is simply to give people who work an opportunity to sign up rather than simply relying upon shop times.

The thing is we can't renew as we're adding two tickets. The seats next to us at Widnes are taken, so we'll need to move somewhere else.

I really don't want to be stuck in the corners.

Only other option is to purchase on-line which is quite straight forward. Obviously the direct debit option isnt available using this method.

Wish I'd have took the 5yr plan up. I couldn't commit to it due to work but looking back now I could have done it.

Was definately chocca tonight at the forum - The North stand seems very popular. It must be the new pop side.


We did however get offered a drink - orange juice or water and free entry into a draw to win a season ticket for life.

Its not as simple as that. The seats we picked and were promised for the new stadium were not the seats we ended up with at the stobart. The renewal form doesn't take this into account and I'm struggling to get down to the shop or a forum.
