The ones replaced either arnt doing it, or dont look bothered at all

Forward the game to the 57th minute and watch Shauls complete lack of effort to recover, and his positionings abysmal the kid thinks hes untouchable needs to go and thats just one example

depends if the sanctions are for not playing the game, or not letting the RFL announce it themselves. Ultimately Leeds have undermined the game, so they cpuld face a disrepute charge.
