Hull Live seem to think Rovers have to be given 7k tickets (30%) which is a logistical dilemma. Remains to be seen what the Police demand.
How many have they been allocated for Good Friday (presumably North stand only)? If the extra overspill means upper West then, as you say, it may pose a logistical dilemma given recent experience.

3,700 for Good Friday, they have had 7k at a derby before but that was in the good old days of sharing the West Upper, before things got a bit nasty.
