To be honest I can’t decide if that ship has sailed or not... people saying Pitts again and also Capewell.

I think Capewell is outside our budget, he is too much in demand in down under for us to match them.

Of the rumoured, looks most like Pitts to me - But who knows, could be a name that has not been doing the rounds.

He’s a work horse, he’ll be fine.

Pitts came of age at London and at 29 he's at his peak, easily two good years in him. He's another versatile long minutes player, will go well and fits into the clubs ethos IMHO. Looks to me like Tanganoa and Arone will probably be used more as front-rowers than back, positions both can handle.

don't want to seem like i am being too negative, and Pitts is a solid super league player, but i feel like we have enough cover in the back row. Seems like we may be going for quantity rather than quantity here. His wage could possibly have gone towards the signing of a top player who would improve the quality in the squad?

I'm in a similar boat with you mate, I think last year was worrying and say we don't have as many injuries and our strongest players start, where will this leave Pitts? IMO we have better players in each position Pitts could play.
