Just posted my two penneth:

"I think a new stadium for the Wakefield area would be extremely beneficial for the area. Belle Vue stadium is badly outdated and located in the wrong area. Parking and congestion problems are acute and cause residents of Agbrig and Doncaster Road major inconvenience. A new stadium would be good for the local economy - creating jobs and also attracting sporting events to the area which would not be possible with existing facilities. Moreover, having such a facility would promote sport and leisure within the district."
