Thought we made a bit heavy weather of it today ... but Hunslet came to spoil and disrupt our game ,n fair play to them they did that with some style ...

I've been to games where I've fallen out with opposing fans over a teams ability to be a right pain in the derriere .... n, yep it is annoying and not pretty to watch, but if a team can do it without falling foul of the officials then fair play to them,it's as much a part of the game as passing or kicking , n Hunslet were teriffic at that facet of the game today and deserve some praise for it. ([ithough not too much !, Paul March is involved ![/i:-))

MOM was Shicky , but I'd have given it to Will C who worked tirelessly both in defence n attack , another unsung hero in the Cougar Ranks.

Buster looked to have sustained what looked like a nasty knock n lets hope he's ok ,looking like York in the playoffs , if there really is one team I want our lads to stuff thats it .... bring it it on !

Without wanting to be too optimistic would love the idea of a Cougars v Blackpool or Oldham Final ... my fave fans of 2009.(apart of course from our friends at the Skolars )

Just out of interest, who was the guy on the bench, wearing the headset and presumably taking instructions from Barry Eaton, and effectively filling the Assistant Coaches role ?

Haven't noticed the chap before, and wondered if he was a new recruit to the coaching staff.
