Yeah, let's hope we have signed him because he looks a talent. 

I think you have to play your best players available at the time   - especially when you're down on numbers and very few options.     Once you have a full squad to choose from it's a different matter.  


With the changes to contract negotiations taking place 12 months out then teams are going to have to get used to selecting players contracted to new clubs.


It's a short career, players have difficult choices to make as to how they get the most out of their time and decide what's most important to them, whether it's cash, playing time, silverware, well being.
