Read today that a Marston's pub / restaurant called the "Whistling Wren" is being built on LSV with construction to start today, opening in October.
Might help keep beer / food prices pegged back at the stadium.

Not sure, received the following today;
"Just to keep you informed regarding the new developments on site. As from today the contractor building the new public house for Marstons will commence work and LSVCo have agreed to liaise with all partners during the construction phase. It is anticipated that there will be little impact across the Village, other than the access and agress points to the building site."

Some Marston's pubs do 2 for 1 meals, (e.g The Mayflower at Cabus, on the A6) with an excellent choice - perhaps it will be one of those? |
