Nice, it is not happening to the owner it is happening to a team and its fans. They had no vote in the events of the last year. The SL and RFL constructed an un-level playing field.

I don't think the way the 2021 season was brought about was very fair on Leigh, and they ddi everything they could to remain competative.

But promotion and relegation is part of sport and they would have to have serious documentation failures at the RFL /SL to allow a legal process to go anywhere.
