He's just as bad when commentating on the darts for Sky.

Trouble is, no ones ever satisfied. Eddie & Stevo was constantly criticised on here. No matter who comes in next to commentate will get the same treatment.

They played some good rugby and defended incredibly, so much so Saints only scored one try. It just so happens Saints defended better...

British rugby league hasn't had a commentator in my lifetime of the quality of, say, Barry Davies.

I didn't expect Cas to keep Saints within 10 points, so they I guess did defend very well, defence is most of the sport.

Pyke constantly mentioned Castleford's poor record in St Helens saying it's 40 years since their last win then saying it was in 1990. Surely even he could've worked out that is 30 years ago, not 40.

IMHO, Clive Tyldesley was the best RL commentator I've listened to when ITV showed games live on Saturday afternoons.
