This was in an Aussie paper a couple of months back too, but I was told Nobby had decided that next year would be his last as a coach.

Wonder if he'll take Fielden with him too. I bet the Welsh will take to him!

Don't tell me Wigan have paid him enough for him to retire! I can't imagine Nobby out of coaching, he' s somebody who genuinely seems to love the job and thrive on it.

At Wigan's fan's forum last night, Ian Lenegan said that Noble does not want to coach in Super League after 2010. He wants a 12 month deal at Wigan but both parties are considering their options, so Celtic could be a possibility.

After his regular appearances in the Sky studio, hopefully he's thinking he can do a better job than another former hooker and coach.
