I think looking at it, I didn’t get Hull FC, but got Catalans and Salford, aswell as attending castleford. Would have attended Salford and Warrington had they not clashed with the mrs work nights, so I can’t grumble.

I would stand down Dwyer, Mik, Prior, Lui, maybe T Briscoe and Leeming for Friday.

If Tet, King, Smith, McLelland are about there plus Gale, I think we can field a competitive side still (most of the players coming in will be back into a 1-game per week schedule). Give our broken troops some time to recover and then bring them back in for the away fixture the next week.

After then we should be better.

If you look at the players individually, lots of them haven’t played the high intensity of games due to injuries, COVID and suspensions. It’s the handful that have played through that I’m worried about.

Big shame this game isn't on Sunday rather than Friday. Can't work out if it was a Sky choice or Leeds' preference but it's going to really hurt us.

Gale, Tet, Vuniyayawa, Smith, McLelland might be undercooked but they are all fresh, as are some of our youngsters.

Mellor has just come off a game ban.

The intensity of fixtures has impacted some players in the squad far more than others - this is a manageable couple of fixtures if we rotate those guys out for Friday IMO.
