Setanta are cutting their NRL games down to 1 a week instead of the 2 or3 they can show. They advertise a minimum of 2 games a week for subscribers. They are doing this for the next 2 months. Apparently they explained to a Wigan fan that they were covering extra Magners Rugby Union games. I have sent a strongly worded email threatening to cancel my subscription if the NRL games are not reinstated. I think it's a good thing they show less NRL. If I want to watch something equally dull and slow I skip the NRL and just put WWF on.

Aren't we glad now they didn't get the rights to Super League.

You should all think yourself lucky. Over here channel nine have got the rights to show all the Super League and CC games that Sky and the BBC show live. But do they, no. They show one game a week. The friday night game that is then delayed to be showed instead of Saturday morning when it should shown Live. They show it on Sunday afternoon, full of adverts every 10 mins, the Bastards. I am not sure if they are showing the Leeds v Saints cup game Live or if it all.

Oh well this has pi$$ed me off enough that I will have to go cheer myself up by going to the beach and having a surf

I weren't so lucky and will be monitoring the output pretty carefully as I only subscribed for the NRL coverage.
